Gates for the event on Saturday, Sept 23 will open at 4 PM. Your load-in should be completed NO LATER THAN 3 PM, when we secure our event grounds and your booth should be operational by 4 PM when our gates open.
The Destination is located at 1705 W. Industrial Ave in Midland.
DAY-OF-SHOW LOAD-IN & SET-UP (SEPT 23)
The load-in window is between 10 AM-2 PM. Spaces will be assigned on a first-arrived basis.
If you were approved for a double booth space, please change the quantity to the left in your cart to 2.
You MUST supply your own tent, tables, chairs, lights and any other items necessary and essential to the operation of your booth. We will provide you with access to power.
Each vendor booth includes two (2) armbands. Additional armbands required to cover workers can be purchased at $20/each.
SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION
Tall City Blues Fest is a ticketed event. We’d love for you to promote and share that you will be vending at the Fest, however all patrons will require a ticket for entrance to access to the merchant marketplace, artist booths and our line-up of six-back-to-back concerts. Kids under 12 do not require a ticket and are admitted FREE, but MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Advance tickets are only $25/person online and will be $30 at the door and online the day of the event.
You will receive an email from Tall City Blues Fest (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) the week of the event to advise you of these procedures and any other info you may need to know as a vendor.
