    1. Yes, we will have VIP tickets available and as soon as they go on sale, we can message you. Individual VIP tickets outside of sponsorship will be $150/person.

        1. Yes, the Doubletree is offering a rate of $105/night. See our FAQs for a direct booking link and also info about our complimentary round-trip shuttle service from the Doubletree.

  1. Will there be any Black Artist in the line up.this year such as Mr.Sippp out of Mississippi or others Etc

    1. Mr. Sipp headlined our Fest in 2022 and is one of our faves, but it’s too soon to have him back again. We announce this year’s line-up on June 20.

    1. VIP includes admission to all six concerts with individual VIP lanyards, plus VIP Deck seating with a prime viewing area, a private bar, indoor A/C and a luxury restroom.

  2. I just saw on my messenger that general administration is $25, I jut got on this ap it’s saying $30 ,which one is it?

    1. We shouldn’t have anything out there with $25 pricing. That would have been last year’s advance price. This year, advance general admission is $30 and will be $40 day of show both online and at the gate.

    1. There are no special tickets that specifically need to be purchased for wheelchair access, but the venue is level and navigable for wheelchairs. We also always make sure to have a handicapped accessible restroom.

  3. What exactly does general admission include? Will we be able to see all 6 bands? If not then which bands does g/a include?

    1. Yes, general admission includes access to all six concerts. It just doesn’t include access to seating on the VIP Deck, so you’ll want to be sure and bring a folding chair.

    1. We do not have any activities or stations with kids activities at the Fest, but kids 12 and under are FREE and do not require a ticket, but must be accompanied by an adult.

  4. Our first time attending this event was 2023 when we moved to Midland. We purchased VIP tickets, participated in a preconcert event and the price came with a drink tickets, a meal ticket and the same access.
This year, also purchased the VIP but not worth the money. There was not privileges prior to the event and had to purchase an expanded package to get a meal and additional drink tickets. However, not sure how many tickets are additional since there was no quantity validated with the standard purchase of $150/pp.
The package should include declaration on what the blue (drink) tickets can purchase. Went to both bars and was told differing information.
Used my meal tickets at the same food truck, but had to pay $4 additional for one of the meals. Again, no information in what value the tickets are allotted.
VIP section should be across the front of the stage area with ingress/egress out both sides; left side for bathroom and bar, right side for vendors and food. The left side fencing can include the bar and limit the access. There was enough staff walking around and sitting down to enjoy the festivities that monitoring an additional side of VIP amenities is possible. This would allow higher paying customers more access to earlier shade and a better view. Our seats were off to stage left, next to a box trailer, stage blocked by poles and equipment.
Feel slighted in the severe decreased value in the 23% increase in price.
Hope next year there is more information provided to customers and the ROI is worthwhile.

  5. Lisa First of all congratulations on such a great event. Not first event but mostly has the best. Your staff customer service was out of this world. They really stepped when I suddenly got sick. It was the heat not enough to help with alcohol. The attention hey gave me was great. Also people I did not know came up aske if they could help. Very friendly people.

Having said that I stumbled over the spike in the front of the T-Shirt booth on the closest to the stage. The spike had been hammer into the ground except for about 4 inches which had been hammered bent down. The problem was the piece sticking out was turned to where people walked instead of facing away and tripped and hit the ground. Brandon was there an was going to try and get me up. Well of course I WWS NOT HAVING THAT. One of friends and 1 of Brandon’s group helped me up. I just would hate to have to somebody else fall

PS The birthday party and the presentation of the gifts to Brand and TIMO was GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for great show
